Elaine Chernine

One of Las Vegas’ premier real estate professionals, Elaine has been providing exceptional service to her clients throughout the Southern Nevada region for 35 years. Dedicated to making the process of buying or selling easier and more satisfying, she goes above and beyond the call of duty, managing the often complex details to ensure that a property sells at the optimal price or that her buyers discover just the right home for their needs.
Moving to Las Vegas in 1972, Elaine worked in the medical field before eventually obtaining her real estate license in 1985. Because of her dedication and passion for assisting people with one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives, Elaine had success early on in her career, consistently earning the status of top-producing agent within the various agencies she’s been a part of throughout her long career. Although her clients range from buyers seeking out vacation homes and investment properties to sellers looking to retire, she especially enjoys helping first-time homeowners, typically the children of past clients who are now starting a family of their own.
Aside from all the fun she has with her clients, Elaine takes the time to satisfy her penchant for traveling, so far having visited countries on four continents, including Croatia, Australia, and Morocco. But with all enjoyment from her trips to exotic places, Elaine appreciates most the time she spends with her 3 children, 6 grandchildren, and the many friends she’s made over the years. With two cats of her own, she is also an ardent supporter of the SPCA.
